- Check Enrollment Dates
- Review the academic calendar on the official USACH website. There are specific dates for the returning student enrollment process for each semester are listed there. https://fae.usach.cl/fae/index.php/apoyo-estudiantil/calendario-universitario
- Access the Enrollment Portal
- Log in to the online payments and services portal https://serviciosweb.usach.cl/login with your student credentials (institutional email and password, Clave Única, or simply with your RUN). Verify if your access to enroll is enabled. Make sure you do not have outstanding debts or commitments with the university.
- Pay the enrollment fee
- Select “Matrícula y Arancel” (Enrollment and Tuition) and make the corresponding payment online or at authorized banking institutions. If you have student benefits (Gratuidad, scholarships, or loans), ensure they are active and applied. Confirm that the payment was successful.
Once the payment is made and the online process is complete, check that your payment receipt has been correctly generated. To consider:
According to Article 5 of the General Regulations for Undergraduate Studies, students must enroll within the established deadlines each academic semester. Failure to comply with this obligation will result in removal from the degree program. If you have Gratuidad, university loans, or any student benefit, you must still fulfill this requirement by following the same step-by-step process detailed above. If you cannot pay your enrollment fee within the dates indicated by the University, you must request an Enrollment Payment Extension (Prórroga de Pago).
If you did not make the enrollment payment and are outside the deadline to request a payment extension, you must go to the FAE Intranet and request Late Enrollment (Matrícula fuera de plazo) by following these steps:
