Admission Scholarships
Scholarships are resources provided to support regular undergraduate students of our institution. Their goal is to help address socioeconomic needs and specific situations that may impact academic performance. Within our institution, there are both “Tuition Scholarships” (Becas Arancelarias) and “Non-Tuition Scholarships” (No Arancelarias)
BECAS ARANCELARIAS
Marcando el compromiso de nuestra Universidad, hemos generado becas que van en directo beneficio en la reducción o cobertura en el pago del arancel.
Full or partial scholarship covering the actual tuition of the degree. Students entering through the Propaedeutic Program are eligible for this benefit. Check the availability here.
50% coverage of annual enrollment fees for respective programs, including semester base fees, course registration, seminars, lectures, workshops, and similar activities.
Aimed at students with a DTE distinction who achieve the maximum PAES score (1000 points). They will receive a scholarship covering the full program tuition from their first year. If the student maintains consistent academic progress, the scholarship can be renewed annually for the duration of the degree plan.
Benefit directed to immediate family members of USACH staff who meet the requirements established in the current resolution. Check the availability here.
Full or partial scholarship covering the actual program tuition for outstanding students in any of the university’s sports branches. This benefit is NOT linked to the “Outstanding Athlete” admission vacancy; application and selection are based exclusively on sporting merit (Process managed by the Department of Sports and Culture Management). Full or partial scholarship covering the actual program tuition for the Rapa Nui applicant with the highest score entering USACH who completes the established application process. Check the availability here.
*Nota: Para poder tener opción de postular y/o adjudicarse alguna de las becas de arancel internas que la Institución pone a disposición, los estudiantes deberán cumplir con todos los requisitos de la Resolución que “Establece los criterios de asignación de becas de pregrado”. En lo que respecta a la mantención y/o renovación, estará supeditada a cumplir los requisitos que establecen los reglamentos respectivos.
Non-tuition Scholarships
This benefit provides support to students who require additional or different assistance beyond program tuition.
Consists of providing members of the university community with daily meals at the Institution’s central dining hall.
A monetary contribution for students who perform work activities compatible with their studies across various units of the Corporation, for a total of sixty hours per month, over four months each semester.
Consists of a monthly stipend for discretionary use, granted directly to the student.
Consists of a monthly monetary contribution for rent, intended for students from other regions. This benefit also includes daily lunch at the Usach Central Dining Hall.
